Mark joined Bannermans Lawyers in June 2010 and brought with him more than 20 years Commercial and Property Law experience from several CBD legal practices and two large financial institutions.
He enjoys providing solutions to complex property and commercial issues.
Mark practises all aspects of property and commercial law, including:
- Property development
- Construction contracts
- Property law, including strata title, community title and company title
- Residential and commercial conveyancing
- Business law, including structuring, finance, sale and purchase, leasing and employment
- Intellectual property, including copyright and trademarks
- Contract law, in relation to diverse industries, but with particular focus on the information technology, franchising, pharmaceutical and construction industries including government and other tendering
