Before joining Bannermans Lawyers in 2011, David worked for a suburban legal practice as a lawyer and was admitted to practice in 2008. Some of David’s previous areas of practice have included conveyancing and general property work, purchase and sale of businesses, retail and commercial leasing, wills and estates and preparation of binding financial agreements.

David works in both the strata and construction teams and his areas of practice include:

• Building defect claims in the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, District Court and Supreme Court
• Preparation of contracts for rectification works in building defect claims
• Preparation of appeals to the NSW Financial Ombudsman
• Objections to the Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing regarding licence applications
