Giselle has been working at Bannermans since April 2022. Before joining Bannermans, Giselle worked at a boutique law firm as a property lawyer for 3 years and prior to that in banking and financing law.
Giselle currently works in the Construction team undertaking the following work:
Construction
- Advising owners corporations on building defects, insurance claims, legal remedies and relevant limitations periods;
- Acting for owners corporations in building defect claims in the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal and NSW Supreme Court;
- Acting for builders in building defects claims in the Local Court and NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal;
- Participating in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation; and
- Advising on and drafting settlement deeds.

- Juris Doctor (University of Technology Sydney ) 2015
- Member of the Law Society of NSW
