Jennifer Pham

Jennifer has been working at Bannermans since January 2022. Before joining Bannermans, Jennifer worked at a boutique law firm in Sydney CBD, initially as a lawyer and subsequently as a partner, working on a large range of property matters including:

residential and commercial conveyancing
property development
strata title, land releases
Advising on stamp duty, land tax and Foreign Investment Review Board approval requirements

Since joining Bannermans, Jennifer has worked in the Strata team undertaking the following work:

Advising on and drafting by-laws for owners corporations and individuals
Advising on and drafting documents in relation to strata subdivision
Advising on strata committee members, owners corporations and lot owners rights at strata meetings
Advising on strata disputes
Advising on and drafting adjudication applications and responses in the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal
Advising an owners corporation on the transfer of intellectual property and drafting a deed to effect transfer
