Tanya has been working at Bannermans since August 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Tanya worked at a boutique law firm in Sydney CBD for four years, working on a large range of property and Estate matters, including:

• residential and commercial conveyancing;
• Retail and commercial leases;
• Advising on put and call option Deed, collective sales, transfer between trustees and custodians of the SMSF, stamp duty, tenancy transfer and land acquisitions; and
• Wills and Probate.

Since joining Bannermans, Tanya has worked in the Strata team undertaking the following work:

Strata

• Advising on and drafting by-laws for owners corporations and individuals;
• Advising on strata committee members, owners corporations and lot owners rights at strata meetings;
• Advising on strata disputes;
• Advising on and drafting adjudication applications and responses in the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal
